RTO India — RTO India dl renewal stuck on approval of endorsements on dl

My application was a contactless renewal application, and I don't have to visit the RTO for anything. All documents were uploaded and approved. It's stuck on APPROVAL OF ENDORSEMENTS ON DL with counter number ADC16.

Customer care on the phone is ineffective. What should I do now?
