My application was a contactless CHANGE OF ADDRESS IN DL application, from RTO DELHI (RAJOURI GARDEN) to RTO KERALA (MAVELIKARA). All documents were uploaded, payment done and approved. It's still stuck on APPROVAL OF ENDORSEMENTS ON DL with counter number RTOAUTH for more than 03 weeks.

REASON FOR CHANGE OF ADDRESS ON DL- My father was an Ex-Service army personal and was posted in Delhi at 505 army base workshop in Delhi can't. I took my DL during 2006 during that tenure. After his retirement, now we are permanently settled in our hometown of Kerala.
