I've bought a new two wheeler in match 17 2023. I've completed the registration in March 20. Till now I didn't receive the smart RC. When I check the official website 'SMART CARD was generated on Apr 6 by SMART CARD vendor' but dispatch status was not available. Even after two months it remains in the same state. I've contacted with the showroom manager as well till now no response.
