RTO India — STALL LL test problem

Hi,
I got a link today at 5 pm from RTO that I have to appear for the Online LL test by today. Once I tried login, after successful face authentication, when I clicked on “proceed” and put the pin it said invalid and after some tries it says
" YOU HAVE CROSSED THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF FACE AUTHENTICATION ATTEMPTS. KINDLY CONTACT RTO AUTHORITY"
Please resolve this
