RTO India — Taking too much time to give a number plate

I took my car altroz for passing and rc at rto yavatmal on 23 sep 2021 but still after 20 days i didn't get my number plate, it taking to much time now, CHASIS number of vehilce MAT632115MPJL4123, RTO YAVATMAL, I request you to urgently look into my issue
