RTO India — Termination of Hypothecation of RC not processed.

Sir/Mam,
I applied for termination of hypothecation on 4th Feb, 2022 by paying requisite fee of Rs. 435. But somehow status of application is still PENDING AT HPT-VERIFICATION AT LUDHIANA RTA (PB-10). The process has not even started after long time of more than a month.
I request you to kindly look into the matter and help me get new RC without hypothecation.

we are having the same problem It's been 10 days since I applied no update yet, Then I asked an agent, he says that you will get a new RC in a week.This means that without bribe, Ludhiana Transport Department does not work.
