This is regarding the face authentication issue which I'm facing for giving the online test for the learning licence. I got a link of my LL test from RTO that I have to appear Online . Once I tried login using the password, after few unsuccessful face authentication attempts, I got the below message

YOU HAVE CROSSED THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF FACE AUTHENTICATION ATTEMPTS. KINDLY CONTACT RTO AUTHORITY

I Visited the RTO twice but they said they don't know anything about this and contact the Sarathi customer care. So before you say to contact the RTO on this matter please read this mail properly.

Also, if this is not possible to resolve I need the refund of my Rs.200 Fee.
