RTO India — Time period for scrutiny (verification of proof documents) at RTO level

Applied for LMV Learners license on 05/07/2021 it has been over one week and documents are still under verification at the RTO level. I already have a learner license of MCWG but didn't apply for LMV so I did it after approval of my MCWG LL because we can't change the class of vehicle after giving the test so basically, I had left only one option to apply for LMV separately. but it's been under verification for a long period of time and I didn't even get any updates, I just wanna know how many more days will it take to verify? do I have to visit the concerned RTO office regarding this query? and what is RTOAUTH1? For any people who might come to this page later, "Application under scrutiny means applicant is required to visit the concerned RTO for physical verification of documents, and submit his/ her Biometrics to complete the application process."

If our application is under SCRUTINY- (verification of proof documents), do we need to visit the RTO office directly or they give us the slot to visit?
