Rto India — Unable to give learning licence test online from home

I am trying to give my learning licence test online from home but on the website it show that " THE CLIENT IS NOT REGISTERED WITH RTO". i am from delhi and this service is now started here but due to rto error i am not able to give exam . and i also want to know that the exam can done only on slot date or any other day?

Even I am getting the same error, I have got the exam link and password but unable to give the exam.

I am also facing the same issue. After entering credentials and face authentication it says `This Client is Not registerd with RTO`

Hi i have tried all different browsers but it is keep saying face recognition in process… nothing happening after that… what to do?
