RTO India — Unfair Rejection of LL Application Due to Incorrect Test Violation Request for Review/Refund

I am filing a complaint regarding the rejection of my Learner Licence (LL) application through the Parivahan portal.

My LL test was conducted online on 03 March 2026. My application has been rejected due to a test violation. However, I completed the test properly and followed all instructions.

As per the information given by authorities, the system detected that my eyes were not blinking during the test. This is incorrect, as I was blinking normally throughout the test. The test recording can verify this.

I also contacted Sarathi support, and they informed me that the violation report can only be accessed by the RTO authority. Despite this, my issue has not been resolved.

Additionally, my sister’s application has also been rejected under similar circumstances:

We both paid ₹1350 each, resulting in a total loss of ₹2700, which is not a small amount for us.

I request the concerned RTO authority to review the LL Test Violation Report and test recordings for both applications.

I kindly request that we be allowed to reappear for the test without additional fees or that the amount be refunded.

Please take necessary action at the earliest.
