Rto India — Very late process

This is karthiban from tamilnadu (Tenkasi)... As am looking for get to llr for car... As today in rto office tenkasi, there is very slow process... Most of the people are very suffering a lot... E. G. 1: there are queues in under very hot sun for get a signature from rto inspector, most of aged person suffer from can't standing in that heat, since there is an office why should they do like that...2: and after get signature from rto inspector a photo taken process is undergo. I was shocked that computer network was very slow... Kindly take nessecary action for this...
