Dear Sir/Mam,

According to the Government process, I would have gone for new driving license along with my husband at pen RTO
we already taken online appointment but, one officer was there, he told, "go back & come with any agent"
we confused we don't know any agent the he send his personal agent

we went near by agent. We give him 100 rs as per his rule for the appointment

next day my husband was go for written online exam but, they failed my husband becouse, of there is no any agent with us

so after the second round of the agents that come along with us with Rs200 bribe And my husband found pass in exam but third day he decided to give us learning license after Rs 600 bribe.
as per common thinking my husband gave him 600rs & we got learning license

but now he demanded Rs1700 for original driving license
This means that all the lies face to face & cheat front o[censored]s.
this is our government process

any one is there please we request you kindly stop this bribery !

My Car loan finish, so i submitted Bank No Objection letter and RC Book (Car No-MH12 KY3054) at Pune RTO Office-27.06.16
but till i am not recivce new RC Book,

Dear sir;
I have submitted the application to rto durg on 21.10.2016 to renew the existing driving licence number (Oth/5203/durg) in my name (R. P. Namdeo) after completing all the formalities i. E. Fees payment, doctor’s certificate, original driving licence, aadhar copy, photo session along with address written envelop of rs. 25.00. The documents were submitted after verifying at different windows in the office of rto durg. Accordingly the receipt has been given by the rto durg dated 21.10.2016.
But even after passing one month period no driving licence has been issued by the rto durg (Chhattisgarh) till date.
I have also submitted the complaint at your end in this regard but even no action has been initiated from your end also.
Therefore i request to take an immediate action. The rto durg may be given the suitable instruction in this issue.
As already so much time has been lapsed. Therefore driving licence may be issued immediately from rto durg.
Most important each rto must issue the driving licence within the prescribed time limit which they are not following. Monitoring of such is required at higher end.

From last one month l faced three cases of cheating by jugnoo drivers. I always do my jugnoo auto fare payment from mobiwik wallet but three jugnoo drivers refused that they didn't received wallet payment so please pay by cash. Money was deducted from mobiwik wallet but they told that it will be refunded but we accept only cash payment. On 15 october l rided with sanjay ahuja and fare of rupees 140 was deducted but he told that jugnoo is not giving wallet payment in time so please give me cash so l paid rupees 140 cash also. When l contacted jugnoo customer care they refunded 68 rupees but they have to refund 140 rupees. Jugnoo representative informed that driver has not taken any cash payment. Jugnoo representative are not available at their customer care number. Again two more incidences happened when jugnoo driver took cash payment and money was deducted from mobiwik wallet also. There are many cases of cheating in indore by jugnoo drivers and jugnoo is not taking any action against it. Please help me to get my money back which was deducted from my mobiwik account as jugnoo drivers forced me to pay by cash. L am mailing you images of ride details and l request you to take action against jugnoo and the three drivers.

I have cleared 4 wheeler driving test on 19th Nov 2015.

RTO agent has officially charged extra payment from me. when I started follow up with them in march 2016, i recently got to that my all documents, papers are missing from their end.
Mr. Raj is giving me useless answers for his non competencies for giving me license.

Pls look into it as i have crossed the limits of my patience. I will be waiting for the response from you for 7 working days else i will be raising this with Consumer Court.

This to inform you that taxi driver of a private wagonar taxi mh01-cj-2392 hit our manza car mh02-cb-7530 from behind, near the entrance of vashi creek bridge towards mumbai. he did not pay much attention to what we are saying and just fled away from the site. the passangers sitting in his taxi are witness of this accident.

You are requested to note this down and take action against the taxi driver and the taxi owner.

This is the worst ever experience i had with tushar travel which is a privately held travel bus.
Travel from :- pune to paratwada
Date:- 28th oct 2016.

The bus driver was stopping the bus every 5 minutes and asking travellers on the road to get in the bus to those who have not bought the legitimate tickets. He was demanding any money from rs. 800 to rs. 500 from pune to amravati for this unauthorised travel without tickets. The bus was filled up with so many people that they were sometimes standing in the passage whole night. We paid rs. 2000 per ticket and people were also sitting on our birth. This was not only illegal but also jeopardise the rest of the passengers safety who paid huge amount through travel yaari. I have made a complaint to travel yaari on the same night but have not received any response yet on the same. The repeated requests to tushar travel bus crew went unheard and were arrogant with us when asked about this.

I request rto pune to take immediate action on the tushar travels.

I'm sharing my experience of virar rto visit for learning license.
Fees for learning license is rs 25 but madam of tax counter will charge rs 40. I don't why where remaining amount goes.
I passed by learning license test but they ask me to come after 3 day to collect the same between 4to5.
I think they want people should take leave for entire day to just get learning licenece certificate or hire agent because for working person it is not possible to reach 4 pm at rto.

Also they will not provide license if you reach early at 11 am and you have to wait till 4pm to get license.
It seems person who provide license works only 1hr in day between 4 to 5.

Please share this so that it people know how corrupt and lazy is our rto system.
Nitin gadkari had said true that rto's loot are bigger than that of chambal dacoits.
We should do something about it.

Asking for indian passport/voter's card which i cannot have being usa citizen... Though auto stand is made it is not used. all auto drivers park riksha in front of st.

Updated by ramayan_namdeo विषय- अति. परिवहन अधिकारी दुर्ग द्वारा मेरे ड्रायविंग लायसेंस में पता परिवर्तन न किए जाने बाबत.
सन्दर्भ- 1) मेरा आवेदन दिनांक 03.07.2015
2) मेरा आवेदन दिनांक 31.08.2015
3) मेरा आवेदन दिनांक 28.12.2015
4) मेरा आवेदन दिनांक 26.02.2016
5) भुगतान की प्रिण्ट कापी रुपये 74.00
महोदय,
सर्वप्रथम मेरे द्वारा दिनांक 03.07.2015 को अति.राज्य परिवहन अधिकारी दुर्ग को मेरे ड्रायविंग लायसेंस में पता परिवर्तन हेतु आवेदन दिया गया.एवम् आवेदन के साथ ड्रायविंग लायसेंस की कापी एवं एड्रेस प्रूफ हेतु आधार की कापी संलग्न की गयी.
तत्पश्चात आवेदन दिनांक 31.08.2015 के तहत सूचना के अधिकार के तहत अति.राज्य परिवहन अधिकारी दुर्ग से जानकारी चाही गयी कि – मेरे उक्त आवेदन पर क्या कार्यवाही की गयी, प्रदान की जावे.
तत्पश्चात अति.राज्य परिवहन अधिकारी दुर्ग द्वारा पत्र क्रमांक 3059 11.12.2015 के माध्यम से सूचना दी गयी कि रुपये 50 आन लाइन जमा कर फीस कार्यालय में इन्द्राज कर अग्रिम कार्यवाही की जाती है.
तत्पश्चात मेरे द्वारा रुपये 74.00 ( फीस रुपये 50.00 एवम् कम्प्यूटर चार्ज 24.00) का आन लाइन भुगतान 19.12.2015 को किया गया .एवम् भुगतान के प्रिंट की कापी सहित अति.राज्य परिवहन अधिकारी दुर्ग को मेरे द्वारा पत्र क्रमांक 28.12.2015 के माध्यम से अग्रिम कार्यवाही हेतु लिखा गया.
तत्पश्चात पुनः पत्र क्रमांक 26.02.2016 के माध्यम से अति.राज्य परिवहन अधिकारी दुर्ग को भुगतान की जानकारी दी गयी एवम अग्रिम कार्यवाही हेतु लिखा गया.
इस तरह यह देखा जा सकता है कि - अति.राज्य परिवहन अधिकारी दुर्ग द्वारा दी गयी जानकारी के आधार पर ड्रायविंग लायसेंस में पता परिवर्तन हेतु फीस पटाने, डाकूमेंट जमा करने एवं आवेदन देने व बार बार अनुऱोध के करने के पश्चात भी आज दिनांक तक कोई कार्यवाही नही की गयी है.
अतः अनुरोध है कि – मेरे आवेदन में उचित कार्यवाही करवायी जावे एवं इस तरह की स्वेच्छाचारिता पूर्ण कार्यप्रणाली अपनाने एवं एक आम जनता के कार्यो को कोई तरजीह न देने वाले अधिकारियो के विरुद्य उचित कार्यवाही की जावे.

I am here at Madaiveli RTO, while applying for LLR, I had to wait for 3 hours and then finally I helped the worker find what was wrong in his computer for online application. Today I'm here for DL and they are telling me that the online application is not working and I've been waiting here for 2 hours now. I feel there is nothing wrong with the internet. The computers and technology provided are outdated and the workers don't even know the ABC of computers. How can they process online applications if they don't know how to do it? You need to have better training if you are going to implement something new.

Hello sir/mam here in the jirisdiction of Bikaner the officer incharge of rto Mr. Ashok kumar Sharma is not punctual they come office not at official time. Because of that common public suffers a lot. And also lots of irregularties ever happened out here. If any one ask them about officer then other staff member said they are the officer's they dont have any ofricial timing to come office. Its nothing just a wrongdoing by the officer. Dear sir/mam take necessary action to avoid these monarchness of officers. Which is helpful for general public.

My four wheeler vehicle was towed from borivali west near Prabodhankar auditorium on the charges of No parking zone. There is no sign board displaying the same from where my vehicle was towed. Also there are construction vehicles like bulldozer and road rollers parked near the no parking board but no action is taken against them.

Why the RTO police is harassing me could you help me pls the main department of RTO police BCOZ and how many days these rules and regulations will be continued which are not applicable in india kanun
Actually i was expected that i wil call them they will come and unlock my car
Previous it happened in kalyan they ppl came and unlocked my car few months ago
But why it is something harrasment in Ulhasnagar RTO OFFICE.
