This is regarding rto tardeo mumbai i. E. Mh01.

So the process here is like.
1. Fill application for license online and book an appointment slot.
2. Visit the rto and submit online generated application and all required documents attached.
3. Then go through different counters and wait outside until they call you for giving test.
What's the problem?
At first employees here very slow and seem to be very less interested in their own work.
Employees here keep saying that website is down, server is down, where as i figured out that the internet is unstable and employees are so dumb that they dont even bother to atleast refresh the page instead spends half of the time blaming system.
There is no seating arrangement here for people waiting for their turn to give test.
I came here @10:30 am in morning and now its been 3 hrs i am still standing outside waiting for my turn.
If they have such a slow process why do they have slot booking on website.
Why don't they just generate another dedicated time slot for a batch after processing the application at office.
So our time won't get wasted.
While coming here i thought it will be the matter of around 2 hrs.
But it seems like i'll have to waste my whole day here.
Its very sad that government offices are so slow.
I can estimate that right now here there's around 120 people waiting for there turn since hours.
I don’t believe this is south mumbai.
