RTO India — Wrong E-Challan received-MH-48 AW-5769

Dear Sir / Mam,

Myself Vipul Hatkar, resident of Vasai (West) Please note i have received an E-challan no.HSPCC[protected] on dated[protected] of charges Rs.1000/- for crossing speed limit in Manor Tap location.

The Vehicle detail mentioned are as follows:

Vehicle no : MH-48 AW-5769

However please note that the vehicle in this image captured by RTO is not my vehicle.
I own a Renault Kwid car with Planet Grey Colour and the same license number as mentioned above.

I am attaching my vehicle documents and pictures for further verification.

Please note since the vehicle captured in image is misusing my vehicle identify the same shall be rectified in your systems as i am not liable to pay the amount. This vehicle is a Maruti Suzuki Brezza in Blue shade colour.

Kindly update the same into your systems and please check with the local Police / RTO authorities to investigate this matter further as it is criminal to use someone else's vehicle identity.
