Rc can also be downloaded digilocker and mparivahan mobile apps. Palam

However i have not purchased vehicle and not applied for rc
Please look into the matter. I thought this is a mistake but today i got another message on my mobile no. [protected] as below:-

Thanks for fuelling ms ltrs 6.92 for rs.500.00 in at hpcl thunaivan agencies in namakkal. Txntime[protected]:42:16. Please visit hp outlet to check q and q of fuel.

However i have not filled up any fuel
Please look into the issue and resolve.
