RTO — Learner License Approval Pending Despite Passing Test and Completing All Steps

I, Rouf Syed, applied for a learner license via the Parivahan Sarathi portal on[protected] under application number [protected] at DY RTO Vashi (MH43).

I have successfully completed all the required steps for the contactless learner license process, including:

Filling application details

Uploading photo, signature, and documents

Fee payment

LL slot booking (exempted)

As of today[protected], it has been 17 days since I passed the test, but the application status still shows "Approval of LL by Licensing Authority". There has been no update or communication from the RTO since then.

Since this was processed under contactless service, and all steps on my part are completed, I respectfully request prompt action from the licensing authority to approve the application.
