Rto Office — Dispatch of DL returned from RTO

Address: RTO, Kasturi Nagar, Bangalore

DL returned to RTO, due to failed delivery from post office person unable to reach phone.

Came for 2 weeks continously daily but absolutely 0 response . Couter person itself not available roaming outside during office hours leaving citizens came to their fate and luck. Even regional officer unable to enquire about dispatch person working in office . Seems DL taking from RTO itself impossible and hectic even if you pass DL exam.
