RummyCircle.com — blocked my account and money is looted by company

I have a balance of 1830 rs in my rummy circle account but unable to withdraw or play the cash games. They have blocked my account for unnecessary reasons iam playing fair and i don't know why would this happen for everyone. My rummycircle id is vineelraj73

Please resolve my issue asap otherwise i will complain in the court about this online fraud by rummycircle saying that they have fairplay rules by which they can loot people's money for no reason.
