My rummy circle account mobile number is +91 [protected].. My email ID is [protected]@gmail.com.. I used rummy circle account past 3 years.. My SBI account number is [protected].. My SBI IFSC code is SBIN0000930.. But, last few months, I not played rummy circle for my family situation.. Yesterday (14.01.2025) I installed rummy circle and played.. I won so many matches.. Then, I decided to withdraw some amount.. But, I'm unable to withdraw the amount.. I received the follwing error in rummy circle account.. "Sorry, the documents submitted by you are already linked with another user in our records. In case of any discrepancies, please reach out to us at [protected]@rummycircle.com." I already complaint many times to rummy circle support team.. But, they raise only ticket ID number.. The problem is not cleared so far.. Please, clear this error and give me the money and allow me to play with rummy circle.. I'm worried mentally about rummy circle support team.. They not response me.. I attached the error screenshot.. Please Solve it..
