I am not able to play cash games received message like below. I am fair player, not able to understand why its showing, attached document for your reference.

Sir my account username is khilari100, My rummy circle account has been blocked saying that security reasons, why you doing this without any request from me, i want my cash games activation immediately and display in my account check your email for fother information contact fairplay@rummycircle.com. I send many emails to this mail ID but there is no reply please solve the problem as soon as possible...
