Rummy circle not credited my winning amount of rs 7700 i have mailed several times but there is no response from their side it is irritating behavior from their side see in my screen shot amount 7700 was not credited still withdraw date was 28 march but now 8 april still my money was not credited i am thinking that they are making customers fraud and stealing their valuable money

        I have created an rummycircle account recently. After getting the confirmation about documents, i started loading of amount and started playing cash games.

        After two days, they blocked my account and stating that my account does not meet the age requirements. I dropped a mail to them by asking as if the documents didn't meet the requirements, why did you accepted to load the amount and to play the cash games?

        For that mail, there was no proper reply.in my account, i have 11, 000 rupees. They are neither allowing me to withdraw and nor send the amount to my account.

        I am ready to raise a complaint against to rummycircle in criminal court.

        My account name in rummycircle: whymahesh.

        I dropped a mail to [protected]@rummycircle.com at 7:43 PM now it is 11:05 PM. Yet, I didn't receive at least reply also. This is the best example to prove how irresponsible they are and how they are cheating the customers.

        Still, I am fighting with rummycircle team. Those people have not been providing proper and particular reason for closing of my account.

        So, consumer complaints team please help me out to resolve my issue by providing further steps to follow if any. Otherwise I will go with criminal court by filing a complaint against to the rummycircle.

          It's been more than 2 weeks my account has blocked. No response at all from your end. You guys my rummy circle account and my phone number also.

          I don't know how to contact you. How many days it will take to investigate. At least transfer the money which I have in my wallet to my bank account. There after I will not use this account please.

          I have to pay loan emis because of rummy circle I lost more than 25 lakhs but never blamed about rummy circle because I trust rummy circle that muchly.

          The way you provide customer service and birthday and festival gifts. I have enjoyed my journey in rummy circle a lot from past 3 years.

          Could you please call my registered mobile number to tell the status.

          I am worried about my money it's not all small amount near to 50000.

          The previous day I lost 80000 when my account has blocked next I was about to recover my lost winnings but someone tried to hack what can I do. At least transfer the money which I have in my wallet please.

          I have sent more than 25 emails from my registered email id but no response at all from rummy circle team

                  I'm fed up with there support team, it's now been 3 weeks since my account got blocked,

                  When i mailed them they told me to re-verify my account, so i sent my bank passbook and pan documents for verification.

                  Now it's been more than 1 week since i submitted my documents, no response from there support team.

                  I have my money above ₹2000 blocked on that account, what i'm saying is that, if the rummy circle team is not interested in verifying my account, atleast give me back my money. For you it will be nothing, but for me it's a huge amount.

                                Sir rummy team gave me wrong answer. And showing faulty table to me to show fraud done by his team. Steel rummy team not gave me correct ryply and try to cheat and cheat with me. I am 200% sure right. But rummy team show me wrong point table. Whenever team has screen shot but didnt show. Beause trying to hide there faulty. Pls sir take any kind of action. And ask him screen shot of real point table which is shown after deal completed.

                                Rummy team has given me wrong point table.but i knew only 2 player drop and 3 player play last deal and i declare.rummy team has no answer of my question that, why a plyer who was in last position and only some point margin between three player droped in last deal.pls ask that question to rumny team and tell to show perfect screen shot of game point table.thank you and hope you take furthur action
                                I didn't play my cash game, I didn't withdraw my cash, , withdraw is not opening I used my bank account for two rummy account I think it's the major problem so please reclaim my account user id : suryaa2019. email : kingdom [protected]@gmail.com My account is closed for some security reasons please help me to open the account

                                  Sir as i already complaint about my problem. I got thrilling thursday final ticket but was not credited in my acount. I also complaint in rummy fairplay, rummy team but stupid ryply came from rummy team. I also sent scorcard of that game which has been sent from them. Steel rummy team didnt take any action. Pls sir take any action against him beacuse steel his team trying to fool me. So that fine rummy team as much as possible. I am tottaly disapointed

                                      Sir as i already complaint 2 times. That rummy team cheat with me. Rummy team said i got 10 posiotion in thriling thursday satellite. But i got 9 th rank. Beacause i secured 3rd position in 2nd round and 3 ticket was available for first three candidate. So i got 3rd rank. But rummy team cheat. Pls take any kind of action against him and pls provided all detail of 2nd round.
