RummyCircle.com — withdrawal processed but amount not credited

I have placed withdrawal on[protected]
Transaction amounts of 49000INR & 41925INR, usually rummycircle process withdrawals on IMPS mode, I have not received both the transaction amounts, then I have reported rummycircle they informed to wait 48hrs for the reversal, I have waited but no reversal happened, again they told to wait for 1more day, I have waited like that they have delayed 10days, now some unfortunate situation they closed they account but still they are saying now worry we will do reversal and transfer the funds registered account but there is no update since 10days, earlier they said 48hrs again 5-7working days, they have given couple of false commitments regarding the withdrawal, they are not worrying about anybody like cybercrime complaints or legal action, now they are telling because of yes bank issue your fund got strucked, my bank is RBL they have transferred the funds on 2nd I DNT know how yes bank came into the picture now, I have only hope on consumer complaints to resolve the issue.please help me all the emails and false commitments attaching .

Every time they are saying we are working it on high priority they are telling the same since 3rd March to till date no update, they are telling cashfree team is not responding, cashfree is the service provider for rummycircle for the payment solutions, as a tiedup company rummycircle having the rights to get the information from them and take the reversal from they but rummycircle circle team saying every time they are not responding and working on high priority.

I'm sincerely telling the players that I'm an active player, they cheated me and blocked my account surely they will do the same for you stop using rummycircle, it's my suggestion because that much toruble they have created me and cheated me, it's all fake uodates they are not caring about anybody means cybercrime or legal action means they will not care about anybody as a normal citizen we can't fight with them bcz now it's a bit organization .suggesting you stop any rummy games they will work very hard to stole our hard earning money.please please realize, but my case I will start fight against them untill I die, such a prblm and tension they have created on me

We completely acknowledge your concerns and we have already explained to you about the delay here. The delay here is completely due to the transactions being routed through YES bank. Unfortunately, we are not getting any update from YES bank about the status of your withdrawals and as highlighted earlier, we are in constant touch with the bank to clear your withdrawals.

However, as discussed yesterday, understanding your situation, we did process an amount of 49, 000 in your account from our side, irrespective of the status of your stuck withdrawals with YES bank. And the amount of 49, 000 was also successfully processed in your account yesterday only.

In regards to your account closure, our Fairplay team has actioned your account basis our Fairplay policy. Rest assured, about your stuck withdrawals of 41, 000 and 49, 000 we are continuously following up with the bank and the moment we have any update on these, the same will be either processed or return to your account.
