Hi Rummy Circle Team, my name is m venkannababu, my rummy circle user id is "maari2563", previously i used to play with different user id "venkanna8010", i forgot the login credentials and was unable to access my account, so i have created a new account with user id "maari2563", i have submitted(uploaded) my pan card copy as well Now, the problem is i am unable to withdraw the cash, it is saying something account merge so and so, so, please help me on this, please help me withdrawing my money. Your bank account is one such bank account which is linked to multiple user accounts on the website. A bank account can only be linked to a single user account on RummyCircle. The only exception is if you hold a joint bank account with someone in which case there is no issue. As a security measure, we are putting your account on hold temporarily. In order for us to facilitate the re-activation of your account, kindly furnish the below documents at the earliest.
