I have rummy circle account more then one year but first time l transfer money rummy account to bank but my kyc is not updated and my account is blocked so need solution for this problem rs12600 in my rummy circle account how can i get my money please unblock my account. My rummy circle account is [protected]@gmail.com this account is blocked and i have 12600 in this account i need my money

Please check and solve my problem immediately because iam more then 3days or more my situation is very poor but you captured my money but i don't do any violation in rummycircle account iam not able to upload bank details also please solve my problem
