Dear rummy circle, i am playing rummy with my account you are providing k1737.this accont is not opened from few days and also money transaction problem facing.so kindly give me correct instruction or customer care number.pls solve my problem. As per RummyCircle terms of service, any player cannot have more than one active real cash account registered with us. Sir last December 31 I have continued in silver club.
But today I am in Previous Bronze club.
Why I am not upgrade gold club.
And also club status saying valid is 31st Dec 9998.
