Runwal Group — 9th floor not completed But completion certificate is received

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I visited Runwal Gardens last weekend for site status, I found that only 7th floor has been completed and 8th floor has been started but already 9th floor completion certificate has been sent.

Please clarify otherwise I will complain in consumer court.
