[Resolved] Runwal Group — Customer Services | |
Totally unhappy with the customer care services Runwal Gardan is providing. RM doesn't responds to customer. Employees are working like government employees. I had booked room in Sep 2020 and paid all amounts including stamp duty, registration fees, booking amount and GST amounts in Sep 2020. However after doing n number of follow ups, I have received receipts after 2 months. Same thing for registration. Till date I haven't received I phone GIFT item which was allocated in Sep 2020. RM is not responding and sales person tells to connect RM. Even not a single demand request I have received from Ruwal Gardan. But surprise to see the deduction of amount from my account. That time I came to know Runwal Gardan had already received the demand amount from financial company from which I have taken loan. Totally unhappy with all this thing. Expecting good solution. PFA snap from RERA site which was modified on 22 Jan 2021 and shows the status against Excavation work which is 10%. Can you please clarify the same. I want to see the site.
