Hi,
I have booked a flat in Runwal Gardens Dombivali, Phase 2, Building 14, Flat No.1603 and have paid a booking amount of INR 81, 522.
Due to pandemic and current situation, i have requested them to cancel the booking and help me with refund.
I didn't get any positive response from their side and they kept saying that this cannot be refunded.
I have even asked them to deduct their processing fees and refund the rest of amount but they didn't do anything about it.

As per Booking form terms signed by you the amount paid shall stands forfeited.
Incase If we receive any updation from the management in regards to refund we will keep you informed.
