We had made 100% payment on 30th Dec 2022 and below are the results on our possession status. There is absolutely no update from Runwal on this. Till December regular follow up and emails were received asking to pay the 91% or else penalty will be incurred. After 100% payment has been made, we can't have an authentic update till date.
We got to know on Saturday that a late fee 3800 Rs. approx is still reflecting in the account which you were supposed to waive off as per our discussion on 18th Feb 2023.
I was communicated that Mrs. Nikita Anchan, did not bother to update the TDS amount in the system which was paid on 14th Dec 2022 and was showing pending from customer.
Mr. Pawan told that he will update TDS amount and get clearance for the late fee waiver, when we met last month on 18th Feb 2023.
Since 16 days from 18th Feb 2023, still this is not done and investigation is going on. What is that Pawan and team are investigating? I doubt that is anyone doing the work properly at runwal crm office.
Now it is said that pay the late fee and get the possession asap.
Please do not buy time. Work appropriately and stick to the commitments.
