[Resolved]  Runwal Group — Forfeited booking amount

I had booked a3bhk flat in my city project of lodha on 22nd july2014.
Later after two weeks I requested them to change to 1bhk flat due to some financial problem.
But they told me that flat type will not be changed and if you don't book 3bhk that means your booking will
Be cancelled and you will have to forfiet booking amount of 1lakh rupees.

What an injustice!!!

It was Runwal group . By mistake it's written lodha.
