I had booked for Flat 1104 in Tower 6 A of Runwal eirene and paid an amount of Rs 1, 08, 000.--. Since Runwal could not get a Full OC, I had cancelled. Apr 15, 2026 Complaint marked as Resolved Original paid amount refunded. But Interest for six months Rs 5700. Approx was not given. Runwal Group customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. I paid Rs 1, 08, 000.-- as booking amount. Since Runwal could not provide Full Occupancy certificate, I cancelled it. I sent email and request letter asking for the refund of the amount. Subsequently Runwal eirene has sold the same flat to someone else. But my booking amount is not yet refunded. Pl refund immediately.
