[Resolved] Runwal Group — possession issue at runwal gardens dombivali east

There is no call response from Runwal Customer care and RM officer of Runwal Garden Dombivali east for the Booked unit Tower T23 flat no 1902. Visited Runwal Garden office multiple times for possession status getting no proper response. There is No escalation matrix available and all helpdesk complaints are getting closed with standard generic response as expediting the process. I am tired up with follow up and no response on calls. On every visit CRM team and RM is responding as they will update soon even after full payment by 30-Nov-2024. In last visit RM required documents are submitted and supposed to update Possession status on 28-Feb-2025 and no response till date. Awaiting their response on posession as following since last 3 months. Kindly advise and do the needful on priority.

On call getting no response and on email getting response as follows "We have expedited the process towards the possession will share the update on the possession timeline at the earliest." Issue not yet resolved
