Hi,
I have been following up with the Runwal team to make the TDS payment, it’s been more than 2 weeks but am not getting any help or support from them.
I was told that I need to contact one of their CA’s who will charge me some nominal amount to make the TDS payment, my question is why should I contact someone else, why isn’t the Relationship Manager equipped to help the customer.
When I send them an email on customer.[protected]@runwalgroup.in, I get a reply stating that “In order to auto-route this mail to your designated Relationship Manager so as to ensure a time bound response, you are requested to write in from your registered email ID that has been listed in our records or by logging in from your Customer Portal.”
My registered email ID is Derrick.[protected]@Gmail.com if they are saying that it’s not the registered one then how come I am getting emails on the same email address from them.
I have also tried to log into their Customer Portal where I have to enter my email Id & password but I have to set up a password to log into the portal, however when I click on the forgot password it states that it will send a link on my email address which is Derrick.[protected]@Gmail.com & I will need to follow the steps to reset the password however I have not got any emails to reset my password.
I had escalated this issue last time as well to Zeeshan from Runwal however I did not get any assistance.
I wouldn’t usually make a complaint however it’s really frustrating as am getting a total run around & that to for making a payment, imagine what would happen if I were to receive something from them.
Hoping that someone from Runwal will come forward to help me out with this situation.
