I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration regarding the undue delay in the handover of possession of my apartment – Flat No. 2107, Tower 6, Cluster 5, Runwal MyCity.
As per your team’s communication and commitment, possession was to be handed over within 60 days of OC receipt, which was in March 2025. I completed all my financial obligations, including final payments, by April 2025, expecting timely delivery as promised.
However, the possession date has been continuously delayed without any valid explanation:
First committed date: End of May 2025
Then shifted to: End of June 2025
Now again moved to: End of July 2025
This inconsistent and irresponsible behavior from the possession team is causing severe personal and financial inconvenience to me. Based on the commitment made by your team, I had informed my landlord about vacating my rented accommodation by July 2025. Now, I am at risk of being without a roof over my head due to the repeated false promises from your end.
This situation is completely unacceptable. I request you to treat this matter with utmost urgency and initiate possession formalities immediately. I am ready to cooperate from my side for any paperwork or procedures required, but I will not tolerate further delay.
If no prompt resolution is provided, I will be compelled to take the matter to the consumer court and lodge formal complaints with regulatory authorities including MahaRERA, RERA Appellate Tribunal, and National Consumer Helpline, citing mental harassment and financial loss due to your mismanagement.
I expect a clear, written confirmation with the exact possession date within the next 3 working days.
