Runwal Group — refund amount not received | |||
Still not recieved any refund. In last month (10-feb-2020), we had meeting at runwal mycity site at dombivli. Mr. Aniket-assistant manager promised me that we will get half refund till month end and remaining amount will get clear in next month that's in march-2020. Now last week i called him and had telephonic conversation so he told we don't have any feedback from head office. We are not getting how come you people only extending month on month since august-2019. This is really harassment from runwal group. I told number of times that this money of my father retirement now they need it for medical emergencies still there is no courtesy from runwal group. Again and again i am requesting to please refund our amount, there is top urgent requirement for my parents medical expenses. Third time i am complaining on this consumer complaint platform, may we get our rights atleast this time. It's over 10 months now, no one replying in responsible way. Only telling we are not getting any feedback from head office. Runwal group promised me on mail in august-2019 that within 90 day's we will refund your money, still we didn't recieved any amount.
