Runwal Group — Refund of Booking amount (25000+25000) against 2 flats (3BHK)

Project - Runwal Gardens, Dombivali

I had booked a 3 bhk flat in Runwal Garden in 5th APR 2020 in Tower 1 - 1103 by paying 25000 as booking amount. Later we have decided to cancel this unit and i sent mail on 24th APR 2020. Since then, I am following up with them for refund amount. I have contacted them several times and also visited office but no response.
Meanwhile, I have booked another 3bhk unit (T1 0803) by paying 25000 more. Later i came to know that, there is a new building coming just infront of tower 1 and hence, we have again taken decision to cancel this unit also. so now they have tot of 50000 with them.
Runwal, you should refund my 50000 at the earliest possible.
You are unnecessary spoiling your name in the market. Sometimes I think, Is this a fraud????
Please be very much sure before giving money to Runwal.
