The sales person in runwal took the booking amount even before the rera number had arrived, the payment was done on 19 jan 2020 and the rera number came on 23 january 2020. I booked the flat for second phase and it seems like they have taken the amount for phase one to smartly get away with any legal charges if they were to find in fault. I was originally intended to buy the flat however, even during the lockdown, i was being constantly being chased by the company personel for the amount, althought i was not been provided by the receipts which were made in jan and march untill end of april 2020, i was being asked to make the payment.in one of the call, the company personal even said how does it matters if you dont have the receipts, you have the schedule so you should make the payments, i have a recoded call so can produce the evidence. My financial situation has changed now, so i won't be able to make further payments so i have requested them to refund the value but they say we will not and teh entire 110000rs will be forefitted. The booking amount was only 36800, but they say the builder has the right to forefit upto 10% of the total value. Please help me in getting my money back. Was this information helpful? | |||
