In the month of Oct 2019 I booked 2 BHK flat T2-0501 in Runwal Garden Dombivali East with the token amount of Rs 57771/-. Due to loan sanction problem I have to cancelled the flat booking and informed via mail in the month of Nov 2019. After several reminders from your executives for payment everytime told them about cancellation of flat and refund of token amount via phone and mails.
In the month of Sept20 Aadhar, Pan and Bank statement as payment proof sent to Mr Amit Samgiskar and Ms Usha Ghadge as per their telephonic conversation to their email ID.
I am trying to contact them by email and Mobile but nobody is responding.
