Runwal Group — refund of token half booking amount | |||
I had booked 2 bhk ultima in tower 5 - 904 unit of cluster 5 in runwal my city project on 16th feb 2020, and i canceled my booking through whatsapp message on 19th feb 2020 and vide email on dated 21st feb 2020 (Snap shot of mail attached), at the time of booking runwal my city sale executive mr. Mayur bhanushali didn’t told us that booking amount is non-refundable. Due to financial issues we decided not to go ahead. Please refund my booking amount 25000/- which i swiped from my debit card, and still i have not received any booking confirmation from runwal group, i called twice to customer care but no answer from them, hence i request you to refund my money, this is our hard-earned money, i trusted on brand and booked this flat.
