Hi,
I have made purchase before covid in phase 1. There is reconciliation issue wherein Runwal had shown some excess amt paid. I was following up since long but remains unresolved. I had send various mails and made many calls however all efforts are in vain.
Pathetic client service i have ever seen. For mistake done by Runwal I have to call 100 times however RM is enjoying his own sweet ignorance.
Even if by mistake they pick call every time it is falls promise only. More than 2 years has happened but no resolution provided. I am unable to decide on my financial plan because of Runwal mistake. Unnecessary I am paying only home loan interest. RM Mr. Girish is like Owner of company first never picks ups call. Or by chance if he picked he will just make falls promises. Worst service i had with Runwal. Please Resolve all my accounting glitches done.
