I have booked a flat in Runwal Gardens. I have made all payments on 29 Dec, 2022. As per the CRM 15-20-22 days(verbally said) is required for possession after final payment. But in my case already the process time required as per the CRM is passed. We are begging for possession of our own flat from runwal gardens.
Not getting satisfactory answers from respective persons. They are only saying it is process. I want to ask if all work is over then only final demand is raised, then why they are delaying to give possessions on time to customers and why near about or more than one month is requires to give possession after final payment.
