We booked our flat at runwal mycity - dombivli in the month of july 2018. Till today flat registration and stamp duty procedure is pending. All our calls and emails are going un-answered. Even escalation mails to the corporate email address was not replied. Even a mails like cancellation of flat has gone un-answered. The sales person who handled our sale was so polite and helpful only till the day we booked our flat, from that day onwards all he says is speak with customer service department which is non-existent.
Now our loan sanction letter is about to expire and for re-processing of loan application we will have to repay the processing charges to the bank. We fell for the brand name.
If the company is even a bit concerned about its brand name they shoul dfire their whole customer service department. Was this information helpful? |
