Rural Development and Panchayat Raj — Property ID not reflecting in e-swathu after provided 2 years Property TAX

Hi Sir/ Ma'am,
Need your assistance to fix an issue with our property ID which has not been showing under e-swathu site due to some technical issue occurred during registrations. We got to know from RDPR office and Kodathi panchayat that happened due to some technical issue occurred in NIC server. Need your help for provide access to Kodathi panchayat PDO officer for digital signature and thumb impression. Or kindly re survey the property and help to resolve the issue. Due to this issue we are unable to sell our property which is urgent. Kindly help to rectify this issue.Below are the details, Attached property tax paid receipt for FY 2021-22.
