Dear sir/madam,
recently i have ordered an item of philips-hair dryer from amazon-website, the order-number being #[protected] and my transaction-id- 66cing40j59-, transaction-dated-04/02/2020, time of transaction-3:22 p.M.-sbi -drcard-x1213-day of transaction-tuesday & amount of transaction-1748.59 rupees, though i have cancelled this order but an amount of 1748.59 rupees has been deducted and charged from my s.B. I.- debit- card already, i have talked with amazon seller & amazon customer representative- both replied me that they didnot receive this same amount as this transaction was cancelled at the very date & day of making payment for this transaction, but still this same amount of 1, 748.59 has been deducted from my savings bank account of s.B.I. Bearing account-number-[protected], so kindly refund this same amount of 1, 748.59 rupees to my state bank of india(s.B.I).-account-[protected]- at the earliest.,

dear sir/madam,
actually i made this payment online in india from my s.b.i. debit card to amazon.ca website online in india only, i only purchased philips hair dryer for my younger real sister staying in canada, my s.b.i. debit-card is also issued in india itself, i also made payment for this item for 1, 748.59 rupees which was deducted from my s.b.i.-debit-card ending in 1213, last four digit-number of my s.b.i. debit card and i made this payment in india itself, only the seller is from amazon.ca website, the name of this seller is Maxytech, -he and amazon.ca website didnot received this amount of 1748.59 rupees and this same amount is deducted from my s.b.i. debit-card itself, till now- i have not received this refund of 1, 748.59 rupees in my state bank of india- savings bank account-number-[protected], yet, so please credit my refund of 1, 748.59 rupees to my s.b.i. account number-[protected] at the earliest,
