Very misleading and disappointing experience at the Vashi Sector-17 branch.
I booked an appointment after seeing their promotional offer for teeth cleaning and polishing at ₹249. I confirmed the appointment in advance and visited the clinic expecting the service as advertised. However, after reaching the clinic, the staff refused to perform proper teeth cleaning at that price.
They told me that ₹249 only covers cleaning of **2–3 front teeth**, which is completely misleading and not clearly mentioned in the promotion. For actual full teeth cleaning, they insisted I pay **₹1500** instead.
This feels like a classic **bait-and-switch tactic** to attract customers with a very low price and then pressure them to pay much more once they arrive. It wastes customers’ time and is very unprofessional.
If the ₹249 offer is not for full teeth cleaning, the terms should be clearly stated in the advertisement. Otherwise, it simply misleads people into booking appointments under false expectations. Was this information helpful? |
