Can't understand what to do.
Please help me out with your valuable advise.
Am now relocated to Singapore with my family & left my Mumbai rented flat [601/E3, Daffodil, Bindra Complex, Off Mahakali Cave road. Andheri East]. My present address is Block 461, Hougang Avenue 10, #05-980, Singapore 530461 & my Employment Pass FIN NoG5899153N.
PLEASE HELP ME OUT. I WANT MY LOSSED BAGGAGE [IEM NO 10] & ANOTHER ONE [ITEM NO 24 AS PER DELIVERY NOTE] BACK.

Good day Sir,
Please note the following related to below grievance.
1) Now the contact person Mr Somveer [+91-[protected]; +[protected] & [protected]] is not picking up my phone. I have tried several times from yesterday [whole day].
2) I informed Delhi office also, contact person Mr Vaibhav [ +91-[protected]]. That person is also trying to shake out his responsibilities from his shoulder. He also telling everything has been delivered to our Kolkata address & nothing left undelivered.
3) Now they are trying to delaying the delivery of my car [WagonR Vxi MH02BG 2204]. Previously they told it will take 10 days time to reach kolkata. On 15th November I handed over my car to them. Then they told it will reach on 2nd Decemeber. Today they sent one sms [& not picking up the phone] that they will delivery my car on 4th December.
4) Delhi office [Mr Vaibhav] is not co-operating with me by answering me where is my car right now & Mr Somveer [Mumbai office is not picking up my phone].
5) I have done insurance on my household items [handed over money to them] as per their advice. That copy is also not reached to me.
6) Name of the person given delivery of my Kolkata address is Mr Pawan [+91-[protected]]. He is talking so hurshly & telling me repeatedly that all he delivered & nothing left.
ONLY THING THEY ARE POTRAYING THAT THEY HAVE SIGNATURE ON THE DELIVERY NOTE THAT RECEIVED ALL ITEMS.
BUT THEY CONVINCED TO SIGNED BY MY FATHER IN LAW [75+ YEARS] MISLEADING IN THE COUNTING OF NUMBERS BUT NOT COUNTING ITEMWISE. WE HAVE OUR COPY STILL UNTICKED BESIDE THE SUITCASE.
Please help me out. Am really in doubt whether my car will reach my given address or not.

These people should not harrass customers & should not do business by making money cheating ourselves.
Please advice me if I go for FIR with Mumbai Police as well as Kolkata Police.
I can see lots of Safe Packers & Movers are there in India.

Good evening,
Please be noted I have sent one consignment [Household items] & my car through Safe Packer & Movers [Office address as below].
They delivered the items to our Kolkata address [Household items only] 2-3 days back. As am shifted to singapore directly from Mumbai my father in law received the items on my behalf. He is quite aged & the delivery man convinced/ misleading my father in law by counting number of items & get the delivery note signed.
Now we found one Travel bag [Big size] containing expensive sarees & some important documents are missing. Now they are trying to convince us that they have delivered all the items. Also we are not finding another item [box containing blades] of our ceiling fan [remote operated].
They damaged my refrigerator door also.
My question is if they really delivered all the items then why they are not receiving my calls & sending sms that they are checking?
Also they are not confirming me when my car [Wagon R Vxi 2008 July model] will reach to Kolkata.
Am now feeling quite anoyed whether that will reach or not.
Below is the link which is showing name & address [Mumbai] of the company. The contact person was Mr Somveer.
Am now feeling these packers & movers are a registred company for cheating consumers who have no option but to rely upon them to send their household items or other valuable items [like car etc] to other destination.
Please help.
