The above mentioned firm's executive, mr shankar rao of vishakhapatnam told/promised us that after he had our household stuff packed & loaded on 13th june from mvv & mk's royal garden apartments to be carried to kolkata
That our luggage would be delivered by 20th june.

Its end of 19th june,
1. Neither has our luggage reached kolkata
2. Nor is there any information from him or any message
3. Neither is he picking up our call

Is he a fraudster?
When do we get our luggage?

I availed the services of Safe PAckers and Movers on the 17th of September to send my stuffs from Delhi to West Bengal. It is now the 13th of November, and I still haven't received my stuffs.

THe landline number doesn't work, the person I am in touch with, keeps saying tomorrow. Last week (6th November) he provided me the number of the driver. Unfortunately, he isn't responding either.

THe worst is even if I file a complaint, probably my stuff is already gone, and nothing can be done against them, considering the population of this country and everyday someone being thugged. I wish I had taken the trouble of sending my stuff on my own.

I have sent my bike from safe express courier service from delhi to bangalore on 8th of sep http://www.safeexpresspackers.in/. the person named dharmendra whose number is listed on this site had all the conversation. It has been almost a month and we didn't receive our bike yet. This person never picks up the call and every time he hangs up saying i l call you in 10 mins. Also, a person named nagesh, i just saw a review on him that he is a fraud who is in charge to this company. His number is [protected]. Please help me out.

They dumped all items in destination address without

Assembling/fitting/unpacking and they left without saying anything.

Upon asked, service person says, packing is their responsibility & we

Nomore service in unpacking stuffs. Nightmare experience ever.

I think it would be better to take the matter to consumer complaints forum. First, the person should lodge a complaint with police and then escalate the matter to court for settlement. the complaint can be lodged as "breach of trust" with police.

Beware of such unprofessional cheater companies. While we search for any logistic companies we always look at cost & end up landing in trouble. I had similar experience while we were relocating from Gujarat to Bangalore. I spoke to some 5 logistics & finalised Safe Movers & Packers in Gandhinagar. While the cost was marginally low compared to the other good companies but I thought of going ahead anyways.

1. The team arrived just on time to pack the goods & took 100% cash payment. The goods was supposed to be delivered within 10-12days. I never had such terrible experience ever. On the invoice the company is registered as Safe Packers & Movers. They have 2 websites mentioned on the invoice copy www.safemoversand packers.com & www.safepackersandmovers.com
2. Out of some 8 contact nos on the invoice, 4 are non-working & rest 4 will never be answered
3. The 24*7 customer care no is never answered by anyone & if you are lucky someone will pick up & will hang-up your call without even listening to you
4. The strange thing observed is everyone I was able to connect after making some 50calls disconnected the call saying We can’t help you. Call on other no.
5. The entire bunch of people working here in this company have no decent language to talk, use abusive languages, they have no ownership & will keep directing you to others.
6. After some 20days we received call saying, you will have to pay extra money bcz we could not find your address. Infact we were following up with the team. We kept following up & purposely they delayed the delivery.
7. Finally the goods were delivered & realised one of the box/product is missing (1 chair). We called Bangalore team, they said we have not received call Gujarat team. On calling Gujarat team they said we sent all items from here. It’s not our responsibility.

I have waited patiently for 4 months and I've sent several emails/calls/messages and they have been dodging us by telling us to provide our bank details. Despite providing all the information they wanted we haven't got even a single paise from them so far. Of late, they don't even pick up my calls.

I booked my bike through safe packers and mover madhapur, hyderabad. I called them almost 15days every day they say tomorrow and yet my bike is not delivered. Whenever I call the guy +91-[protected] he either puts on hold or don't answer my call. I moved to usa to cant go to police station have a FIR against them. I am scared whether they are not misusing my vehicle.

Safe Packers and Movers,Bangalore during my transit/transfer process from Bangalore to Kolkata stole my costly camers and didn't delver many things to the destination place. They took the entire money from us.They have Mr.ramkumar who fools customers. Please take appropriate actions against the company. They cheat consumers.

Safe Movers and Packers is a pathetic company. I had availed their service though Justdial.com and the service was poor and when we got a servey from Justdial we rated Safe movers and packers from Yeshwantapur as"poor". After a couple of days We started getting call on my and my family member`s mobile from a Manager named Manish and these calls where primary ABUSIVE CALLS. I regret doing BUSINESS WITH THESE UNETHICAL, CULTURELESS AND WHAT NOT KIND OF PEOPLE. this also raises a question on the way Just dial share`s their survey results to the vendors.

Please note the following related to below grievance.

1) Now the contact person Mr Somveer [+91-[protected]; +[protected] & [protected]] is not picking up my phone. I have tried several times from yesterday [whole day].
2) I informed Delhi office also, contact person Mr Vaibhav [ +91-[protected]]. That person is also trying to shake out his responsibilities from his shoulder. He also telling everything has been delivered to our Kolkata address & nothing left undelivered.
3) Now they are trying to delaying the delivery of my car [WagonR Vxi MH02BG 2204]. Previously they told it will take 10 days time to reach kolkata. On 15th November I handed over my car to them. Then they told it will reach on 2nd Decemeber. Today they sent one sms [& not picking up the phone] that they will delivery my car on 4th December.
4) Delhi office [Mr Vaibhav] is not co-operating with me by answering me where is my car right now & Mr Somveer [Mumbai office is not picking up my phone].
5) I have done insurance on my household items [handed over money to them] as per their advice. That copy is also not reached to me.
6) Name of the person given delivery of my Kolkata address is Mr Pawan [+91-[protected]]. He is talking so hurshly & telling me repeatedly that all he delivered & nothing left.

ONLY THING THEY ARE POTRAYING THAT THEY HAVE SIGNATURE ON THE DELIVERY NOTE THAT RECEIVED ALL ITEMS.

BUT THEY CONVINCED TO SIGNED BY MY FATHER IN LAW [75+ YEARS] MISLEADING IN THE COUNTING OF NUMBERS BUT NOT COUNTING ITEMWISE. WE HAVE OUR COPY STILL UNTICKED BESIDE THE SUITCASE.

Please help me out. Am really in doubt whether my car will reach my given address or not.

Please be noted I have sent one consignment [Household items] & my car through Safe Packer & Movers [Office address as below].

They delivered the items to our Kolkata address [Household items only] 2-3 days back. As am shifted to singapore directly from Mumbai my father in law received the items on my behalf. He is quite aged & the delivery man convinced/ misleading my father in law by counting number of items & get the delivery note signed.

Now we found one Travel bag [Big size] containing expensive sarees & some important documents are missing. Now they are trying to convince us that they have delivered all the items. Also we are not finding another item [box containing blades] of our ceiling fan [remote operated].

They damaged my refrigerator door also.

My question is if they really delivered all the items then why they are not receiving my calls & sending sms that they are checking?

Also they are not confirming me when my car [Wagon R Vxi 2008 July model] will reach to Kolkata.

Am now feeling quite anoyed whether that will reach or not.

This is Sandeep from Noida. I had contacted Safe Packers and movers, Bangalore for relocating my household goods from Bangalore to Lucknow .I booked my households which includes TV, Gas Stove, Suitcases, kitchen things etc. I paid 3% for insurance of my good as well but they didn't gave me the insurance policy details, when I asked about the policy their manager Om Prakash (who is from Rajasthan and his number is [protected]) told me “this is all formality we take utmost care of your goods.” I said OK, main thing is my goods should reach safely that’s all. This was the biggest mistake I did by trusting them.
When I received the goods they didn't send the labour for unloading when I asked for the same they refused about those services and I had arranged that to myself.
There were two suitcases which were missing from the goods when I received them and when I asked them about the same they started telling there were no suitcases then I showed them the receipt and called Om Prakash ([protected]), he told they have unloaded my suitcases to other house. They had unloaded those two suitcases to another person’s house whose goods were also there along with mine. I asked how you can unload my suitcases to any other person’s house. Then he started telling don’t worry I would get my suitcases back in one or two days. But that day never came and I did not get them yet. After 3 days when I called Om Prakash again he told we will pay you the insurance money. He had given me delhi office owner Pratap Singh’s number ([protected]) and asked me to contact him for the insurance money.
Then I called Pratap he told me he had not received the papers from Bangalore and he can’t do anything. I have sent my friend who is in Bangalore to Safe Packers and movers’ office which is in Yashwantpur, he was told the insurance money will be paid from Delhi Office and asked him to contact Pratap Singh. These people are very rude and they have no sense. It’s been 6 months still I did not get the suitcases or the insurance money. Whenever I or my friend tries to contact Pratap he makes some or other excuses saying Pratap is not here, yesterday I was told he is suffering from Dengu.
I don't know How to proceed with guys; it this forum is going to help me out.

I shipped my house hold items including my two wheeler from Bangalore via Safe Packers and movers and i was promised by Pramanand([protected])that the items would be delivered to Chennai by Sunday evening or by Monday morning at the max. But till now i have not got any update from "Safe Packers and Movers" and whenever i call them a person who does not know english is picking the phone. He has memorised some answer and he is repeating the same at the momement when he lifts the phone. When i call their Head office there too a person lifts the phone who does not know english. And the chennai contact # displayed in the web site is not correct.I did not take even alternate dress to wear. I am very much depressed because Safe Packers and Movers.

I just want to give one suggestion. Never go for the safe packers and movers. They are big fraud and thief. I just parceled bike from Delhi to Bangalore, first they charged less than others and promise me to deliver the bike into a one week. But sad part start after that. After week they showed their real color. When I called them after one week.It was a Wednesday. First they said, u r bike is still not in a town. I will call u tomorrow. They didn’t call. I called again on nest day. They said “it is in town, I will send u today only. “, But they didn’t and didn’t take care to inform me. Again I called on same day about the status. But no response. Same thing happened on Friday and Saturday. I was calling them continually but no response. They were not picking up the call. I was so worried about my bike. Finally, I sent a message with saying that, I am gonna do the police case on them. They only call after that and said I will send u today only. Still they lied. They said I will send on Monday morning without forgetting, so u wont miss u r office. But they came up on evening 7 o’clock with my half bike. Yes, here is the miserable part. They gave me my bike in a very pathetic condition. It was broke and screeched from all the side. Both side mirrors were missing. Side lights were totally gone. And I gave them my helmet to help the guy who came to pick the bike in Delhi. But in Bangalore they said and I haven't give any helmet to them, after some time they said, it was in very bad condition so they thrown it. And they were asking more money also because they it’s a Bangalore.


And of the day, I was very depressed and unhappy with their service. They stolen my helmet, my bikes mirror and totally broke my side lights. And delivery after 15 days.


So, guys, plz don’t go for the safe packers and movers. They are really fraud and thief.

This is Manish, engaged Safe Packers and movers to Packing ,loading and unloading which includes fixing all the House holds as well to proper place as guided by me.I paid 3% for insurance of my good as well but they didn't gave me the policy.

When I opened my TV Box I was surprised there was stone inside the box .There was no TV . I had Sony TV with woofers cost around (14000 when i purchased it).I did call to Safe packers and movers and told my problen he said i am a laier and he is not going to entertan me for further.
The name was Vaibhav and Pratap they stopped picking my phone as well.

I don't know How to proceed with guys; it this forum is going to help me out.

I boked my house hold goods from bangalore to pune through 'SAFE PACKERS AND MOVERS' with consinement number 1216. And they said they are going to move every thing at one slat and they idn't. And I took insurence for my house hold goods for 1 lack and they charged 3000 for the insurence (3% of the insurence value) and they didn't given any insurence copy ( they said they will submit the insurence copy at the time of delivery and they simply took that amount). And the delivery persons was so rash and drunk. Then I contacted the head office guys (delhi) and the responce was so bad and negligently asking to give police complaint and solve the issue.so please friends don't use these guys service and get the problems.
