Veena Packers and Movers Complaints & Reviews

My dealing with this person was a nightmare and was the very exact story written in this complaint letter by someone. I just wished i had read this before. He will offer a very nice price before picking up the luggage and once he has customer's luggage he will demand more money saying that the luggages are heavier than expected. Also, i strongly feel that all this rating in just dial for him is fake because i had put up a bad review about this company few months back in nov-dec 2017 in just dial. But, to my surprise i can't see my review in this just dial review list. I am sure that one can modify just dial review by paying for it.

This company is the biggest fraud i have ever seen. This guy amit is from bihar and behaves so rudely even if we demand our luggage back. He is a big cheater.

After i placed request in Just dail about my luggage shifting from Noida to Hyderabad. I got call and SMA from guy "Amit Kumar" saying that he works for " Veena Packers and Movers Badarpur delhi", On 28 th june 2012 the luaggage was loaded and i have asked to pay RS, 4000 and i have paid Rs 4000 and taken all the bills of this company. After 6 days have called to this guy (Amit Kumar) for status of my luggage , he said luggage was still in his storage room(delhi) and he dropped my phone.I have called many times but he was not lifted my phone.Then i have called the guy Kundan who was loaded my luggage with 20 items.
This guy has also said that my luggage is still in his storage room. After many calls to Kundan he said that my laggage is more than expected so, i need more money. Before loading my luaggage Kundan has called to Amit kumar and confirmed the same about the items and amount aggred for Rs 4000.

I keep on calling this guy Amit Kumar but, not lifted. then again have called to Kundan.
Then Kundan was negotiating for extra money Rs 40185.
Then i really get Frustrated about these guys.. IT IS TOTALLY CHEATING AND FRAUD, FIRST THEY SAID TO PAY RS. 4000. ONCE THE LAGGAGE WAS LOADED AFTER SIX DAYS, IF I ASKED ABOUT MY LAGGAGE THEY ARE ASKING TO PAY EXTRA MONEY(double) TO SHIFT MY LUGGAGE.

After negotiation with Kundan. i said i'm ready to pay extra money Rs.4185 .Then i got call from Amit kumar, after some time he send SMS about his bank details" not the company bank details".I really helpless at that time ." I have send money to his account Rs 4185.on 7th jully2012".

Then i keep on calling to Amit about the status of my luggage he never responded properly.

One fine day he lifted the phone and gave Consignment Number -9351651.
On 21July almost 23 days finally, my lagguage reached to Destination point.

"When he was Loaded from my home total items are 20 but, i received only 12 items to the destinations point."

The major items are missing from my lagguage some of the lagguge box was totally damaged .

Let me know what i need to do , i can provide all Proffs like bills what they have given and SMS from these guys.

They have wasted my valuble time and money atlast they have cheated me very badly by missing my luggage.

I JUST NEED JUSTICE FOR THIS COMPLAINT. let me know what i need to do.

This movers and packers completely ruined my days and money.

1. The luggage was finally loaded in Truck No MH43-F 3948. It was already agreed and only on that condition I have ready to accept the contract that the truck will not be changed in between. The luggage will reach in the same truck where it has been loaded. However, the luggage has not reached to me in the same truck. I am not sure how many times the material has been unloaded and loaded in the trucks. I have received my material in Truck No :WB23A-5516.

2. The truck was loaded on 16th January 2009 (Friday) With the commitment that the truck will reach the destination by Thursday or maximum by Friday (23rd January 2009) However, I have received the truck only on 28th January 2009.

3. There is no communication to me regarding the whereabouts of the truck. Even after calling to various persons, either the phone was not lifted or some misleading replies were given.

4. Finally on 28th January, got a call from Driver of the truck that the is reaching to the place. No labour was there with the truck. Came to know from the driver that Veena packers does not have any office in Kolkata. However, on one call I got the response saying that the luggage is delayed because the Kolkata office is closed due to holidays and they are not getting Labour to unload the truck. Finally, the truck driver himself with the help of his helper unloaded the luggage without taking care of anything. Whether it is crockery or plastic, no matter for them.
5. Most of the cartoon in the truck was in broken condition. Material was lying outside cartoons. No proper place even for breakable material.
6. Finally, I found that the my Activa Honda two wheeler is missing from the Truck. I have no communication regarding this. When contacted again, I was told that as the papers were not there with him, it could not be delivered along with the truck. However, it was confirmed at the time of loading that as the scooter is going inside the truck, no papers are required for the same. With the worst experience I faced with Veena Packers, I thought it is worth keeping the scooter there instead of getting in Kolkata, I send the document and keys to my friend who went to collect the scooter from your storage house. Surprisingly, he was charged for storage for scooter. Even though it was clearly a mistake of yours, I had to bear the expenses and pains.


I am going to lodge a consumer complaint against this company.
