[Resolved] Safexpress — 43 inch sony smart tv screen is completely damaged when the parcel is opened | |||
I had booked three sony led tv via way bill no 64454114 from mumbai to dehradun. When i received the parcel at dehradun it was found that one of 43 inch sony tv screen was completely damaged during the transit period from mumbai to dehradun. As i'm defence employee my colleagues suggest this courier service for transportation of my tv as they already use their service for transporting their tv and they told this courier service will take care of your item perfectly and u need not to worry but when i received my package i m highly disappointed by your service as your service damage my tv screen completely and it causes a problem for me now if this is the case how i recommend ur courier service to my other colleagues if appropriate action is not taken against my complaint and my damage will not reimburse to me as soon as possible so that i will purchase a new tv for me. Hope ur reputed company will take appropriate action as soon as possible and reimburse the damage occur to my tv screen.
