[Resolved] Safexpress — Delayed material delivery | |||||
This refers to waybill no.48724051. The consignment was dispatched from nasik on the 31st of july and expected to reach destination (Mumbai) the following day, 1st august. However, even at the close of office hours on the 2nd of august, there was no confirmation on the availability status. On calling the toll-free no. Twice, it was informed that the consignment will be delivered on the 5th of august, even though the material is lying at mumbai since 1st of august. This is a totally disappointing and un-professional service experienced by us. This consignment has to be re-forwarded to delhi for our product launch on 6th of august. We get consignments from abroad in 48 hrs flat. But this service of safeexpress is substantially poor, as compared to the other professional courier companies. Regret to have chosen safeexpress!
