I am in the same problem as another complainant. I wonder if this problem is unique to GOA. Ordered a TV on 28 Oct given date of 6th Nov. The item was not even picked up till as per details below It may take 24 hrs for the tracking information to be updated by the courier. Ltd Fri, 30th Oct12:21 pm Bangalore Jigani Warehouse Your item has been dispatched. As of now it is just 15 kms away from me and still SafExpress is unable to give me the status update. Today is the 10th November and an online chat has not helped. Distribution Redefined.. fancy nonsense.. should read.. DISTRIBUTION DENIED! Cannot rate this company on any level! Forget delivery... Pickup...Tracking Updates...Information on chat.. Helpline [protected]...is useless.Have never heard it ring! Hallelujah the other number works[protected]. Still useless.
